Adds help for two builtins new in NLP engine 4.1.0 (VisualText/nlp-engine#739), from #214: callanalyzer, which runs another analyzer's passes on the subtree under a parse node, sharing the parse tree and knowledge base, and callconcept, which gives the called analyzer the concept it was handed. Both are in the Special Functions table and the index, New in Current Version has a 4.1.0 entry, and findana now points at callanalyzer.
