DeepSeek Harness for VS Code v0.1.1

新增：

自动把 VS Code 当前工作区注册为 DSH 工作区
新会话默认使用 VS Code 工作区（除非用户在 DSH 里手动切换）
切换 VS Code 工作区时自动重新注册
