DP Editor

Runs on Java SE 8 or higher, and is command-line only, so enter this in the cmd/terminal:
java -jar dp-editor.jar

Only takes one of two arguments:
-r, for reading DP values from resident files (named either res(3).unk or resident_chara_param.pak) in the input folder in;
-w, for overwriting DP values in said resident files with ones from a CSV file named dp-list.csv.
