DP Editor v1.1

Changelog:

1. Fixed huge oversight: up until now, the tool would only work for resident files that have been repacked with HiroTex's Sparking Studio, because it removed 32 bytes from said files' indices without my knowledge. Now, it should work for vanilla/unedited resident files too.
2. Added Wii support, provided by the -wii argument. Examples: -r -wii or -w -wii
   In both cases, the program will assume the in folder contains resident files from the Wii version of the game.
   Otherwise, if you put PS2 and Wii files in the same folder, whether the -wii argument has been provided or not, the program will trigger an EOFException.
