DBZ Sparking! HYPER Patcher v2.4

Changelog

1. Added fix for the Ultimate Decisive Battle scenario (which would crash only on console) as part of the Fix Game Crashes patch.
2. Restored the costume repair transformation bonus for Android #17, Super Buu and Super Buu - Gotenks Absorbed.

Prerequisites

For the patcher to work, these requirements must be met:

1. Java 8 is installed;
2. An untouched (or already patched) copy of DBZ Sparking! HYPER is provided.
