USAGE: java -jar pak2txt.jar "path/to/pak/or/folder" [arg]
If [arg] is left empty and the path points to a PAK, each TXT will be extracted to a folder named after it.
If the path points to a folder and contains TXT files, they will be packed to a PAK named after the folder.
Otherwise, if -aio (or -allinone) is specified, all TXT will be extracted to one output file.
