- fix changed server settings info screen not showing when clicking the chat message
- add keyboard button to get to the keyboard layout selection (can be disabled in the keyboard settings)
- add option to disable block/entity collisions separately
- fix some German translation mistakes
- fix the debug pie chart having 2 nested gamerenderer entries on some versions

- fix VR view not updating when loading/exiting a world
- fix physical keyboard text rendering

- fix roomscale shield blocking not respecting shield bypasses
- fix some post process shaders falsely requesting a depth texture, causing some log spam with some mods
