DevBar 1.1.0 - Jarvis, Liquid Glass, and three new modules

Download DevBar-Setup-1.1.0.exe — Windows 10 2004+ or 11, x64. No admin needed, no separate .NET install, clean uninstaller.

What's in 1.1

• Jarvis, a voice loop wired into the other modules' tools, with a spoken confirmation before anything destructive. Speech in is on-device; the mic stays shut until you press the shortcut or say the wake word.
• Liquid Glass — real Windows Acrylic plus a drifting mesh gradient built from your live accent colour, with a flat opaque fallback when Windows' Transparency effects are off.
• Docker, Git status and Build pulse modules.
• Clickable tab strip, fixed card height across modules, Ports column headers, Shelf drop-zone empty state.
• Claude Code hooks, in one command. .\scripts\claude-hooks\install.ps1 makes sessions report working, waiting on you and idle per project instead of the module guessing from terminal window titles.
• Two dials for what the open card costs: "meshDrift": false stops the blob motion, "meshBlobs": 2 draws fewer of them. The blobs are bitmap-cached now and drift at 24fps rather than 60.

Known

• The installer is unsigned; code signing is a v1.2 item.
• Windows only, deliberately: this is built on real Windows compositor blur and Win32 window behaviour.
• The expanded card costs real CPU while it is open, and 0.0% the rest of the time. The trade-off is written up in docs/performance.md.
