- Previously, the XMLTV id's were created using a combination of the channel name and a unique identifier.
 This could lead to xTeVe deactivating the channel if the channel name changed.
 Id's are now generated using a hash of the channel name to ensure uniqueness and consistency.

 - Added a force refresh option to the relay service to allow users to refresh the channel list without needing to restart the service.
