v0.1.7 — Transparent app icon

Replaces the app icon with a properly transparent version across the web favicon, PWA icons, and desktop app icon (taskbar/start menu/window). The previous icon files had no alpha channel at all — a solid navy square baked in behind the logo. Includes the v0.1.5/v0.1.6 drag-and-drop fix.

v0.1.6 — Desktop drag-and-drop + icon fix

Fixes file drag-and-drop into topic file panels (Subjects area) — Tauri was intercepting OS file drops at the WebView level, blocking the page's own drop handling. Also regenerates the desktop app icon set, which had gone stale after the web favicon was updated to the current dark-navy TW logo. (Supersedes v0.1.5, which shipped before the icon fix was caught.)

Fixes window controls (minimize/maximize/close) not working on the auto-hiding title bar — the v0.1.3 installer was published before the remote-content capability fix was actually built in. This is the first build that has it.
