• A fourth palette, 2020, in light and dark.
• npm run fork-drift says what the two trees disagree about.

• The upstream workflow is a pull request now, not an amended branch.
• The sync no longer sends po/, and says out loud what it cannot carry.
• The install script is 36 lines instead of 162, and migrates nothing.
