TL;DR — a long answer from a phone-started run now arrives whole, across up to three messages, instead of being cut at 3000 characters.

Fixed

  • A long answer to a phone-started run arrives whole. Telegram refuses a
message over 4096 characters outright, so 3.1.0 cut the answer at 3000 and
said it had. Honest, but lossy in the place it hurts: an answer that lists
files or walks through a change passes 3000 easily, and the conclusion is at
the end. It is split now — on a paragraph break where there is one nearby,
else a line break, else a space, so a part never ends mid-word. Three messages
is the cap; a long answer is worth several, an enormous one is not worth a
phone buzzing eleven times. Only what runs past that is cut, and it still says
so. The summary head shares the first message, so a continuation is never a
wall of text with no idea which run it belongs to.

Matches the Mac app, which shipped the same rules in its 3.1.0 today. Two
implementations of "what does the phone get" that can disagree is worse than
    either.
