TL;DR — /account answered "Unknown command", /stats has printed the /cost report since June, fresh installs started on an older model, and 40 commands were missing from /help. All fixed, and each is now held by a test.

A full audit of every slash command: whether it runs, and whether it is
documented. Every command was checked against its handler, and the read-only ones
were run through the real dispatcher.

Fixed

• /account answered "Unknown command". The autocomplete offered it — "Link
  this machine to your codeep.dev account" — and nothing handled it. It now shows
  whether this machine is linked, and how to link it: linking runs in your shell
  as codeep account, because the flow prints to the terminal and exits when it
  is done, which cannot happen inside the TUI.

• /stats has printed the /cost report since June. In June stats became an
  alias of /cost in the command registry, and aliases are resolved before
  dispatch — so its own handler, with the per-model breakdown, plan-aware totals
  and the per-1M pricing table, never ran. /stats is its own command again.

• A fresh install started on GLM-5.2. Z.AI's default moved to GLM-5.3 in
  August, and the website says so; the config default did not follow. Nothing
  failed, because 5.2 still works.

• 40 commands were missing from /help, including /thinking, /telegram,
  /audit, /tasks, /sync, /keysync, /telemetry, /cloud, /pr and
  /changelog. Three whole sections were absent — Cloud & Account, Code
  Generation and Thinking. /help now lists every command the autocomplete does,
  plus subcommands that were only on the website (/tasks add, /profile load,
  /skills install, …).

• The hint shown when a model has no thinking control listed DeepSeek V4, which
  DeepSeek has retired.

Now held by tests

The same mistakes can no longer ship silently. registry.test.ts fails when:

• a command the autocomplete offers has no handler (/account);
• a dispatcher case is labelled with an alias, which can never run
  (/stats);
• a visible command is missing from /help, or /help documents one that
  does not exist;
• a built-in skill is shadowed by a command of the same name.

index.test.ts fails when the fresh-install default model is not the default
provider's own default.

Every test above was checked by putting the bug back and watching it fail.

Known, not yet decided

Four built-in skills can never run, because a command takes the name first:
docs (/docs opens the web docs), model, rename and profile. /skills
still lists them. Which should own each name is an open decision; the website now
omits them, and a fifth cannot appear without failing the suite.

For the website

npm run export:commands generates the command reference behind
codeep.dev/docs/commands from the same layout as /help. The hand-written page
had drifted: it was missing 19 commands, documented /scan status and
/scan clear, which do not exist, described /agent without a task as
"interactive mode", misdescribed /openrouter, and claimed "over 40" commands
against 114.
