- Add gif_background asset (1x/2x/3x) tinted with accent color using srcATop blend mode on all start and loading screens
- Add UIImage.tinted(with:) extension using CGBlendMode.sourceAtop
- Wire loadingTitleLabel outlets in NationalIdBack and ValidationMain XIBs; set color to primaryColor in code
- Wire idVectorImageView and faceVectorImageView outlets in start screen XIBs; add tinted background behind icons
- Update README with full color customization documentation
