vocaphone Android v0.1.0-beta.10

Release-signed APK covering every ABI (arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64) and all Android 13+ devices. Install with adb install vocaphone.apk or open the APK on the device. SHA-256 checksum and signing-certificate fingerprint files are attached for verification. Android may still scan or restrict APKs installed outside an app store.
