Fix: Claude Code Installation

macOS: Use official install.sh script instead of npm
Windows: Use official install.ps1 via PowerShell instead of npm
Auto-add ~/.local/bin to PATH (zshrc / Windows User PATH)
Fixes npm install exited with code 1 error on Windows
