feat: update version to 2.4.4 in plugin.json and vpm.json

Rebuilds the published binary against coretoolkit 2.6.1, whose DuckDB thread
budget is now derived from its memory limit. Without it, reading an 8M-atom
neighbour-topology parquet dies with a DuckDB out-of-memory error on hosts
where the cluster daemon's per-process VOLT_DUCKDB_MEMORY_LIMIT_MB is small
relative to the core count.
