Tested configuration
Tested on one PC only: my personal PC.
| Component | Tested version |
|---|---|
| Operating system | Windows 11 Pro 26H2, OS Build 26300.9550 |
| MSI Afterburner | v4.6.7.16935 Beta 2 |
| Device | WireView Pro II Black Reversed |
| Firmware | v05 (TG-WV-PRO2-FW_20260902_0741) |
In-game OSD output, the 600 W cable rating, and the Pause > official WireView
application > Resume workflow have been tested on this system. Automated
protocol, DLL API, mock transport, and settings dialog tests also passed.
Other hardware configurations have not yet been tested.
Known limitations
- The plugin and official app cannot read the serial USB port simultaneously;
use Pause/Resume to alternate access. - Only one WireView device is monitored at a time.
- Cable rating is read-only. The plugin does not change Auto/300W/600W settings.
- Pausing is not saved across Afterburner restarts or plugin reloads.
- This release has limited hardware coverage and is intended for
displaying readings, not making protection decisions.
