v2.1.1 — Windows field fixes

- Session cookie now reaches print/PDF windows and downloads (pywebview
  persistent shared profile instead of private mode) — fixes 'Not
  authenticated' PDF windows and 'Needs authorization' CSV/backup exports
- Installer silently installs the WebView2 runtime when missing
- Code-scanning fixes: IIF validation error text, backup restore path
  guard, permit-URL test assertion
