This initial release is a port of the nexmo-laravel Service Provider wrapper.

There are some slight differences with the original library.
The most important thing is the Nexmo namespace backward compatibility has been removed and therefore does not rely on the Nexmo bridge. Do not use this library if you are using older versions of Laravel and/or Nexmo core. Code under the Nexmo name is continuing to be deprecated/abandoned.
