StremioX 0.2.20

The identity release: StremioX has a face now, and profiles got their last missing piece.

New

  • The StremioX identity. A glowing X of converging light beams meeting at a lens flare, on obsidian. New Apple TV icon (with the X floating over the background on the parallax tilt), new top shelf banners, and the README wears it too.

Fixed

  • Episode watched ticks are per-profile now. The checkmarks on episode lists and every mark-watched control (episode, season, whole series, the Library tab, poster menus) read and write the active profile's own history. A non-main profile can no longer see, or accidentally edit, the main profile's watched state. This closes the last known issue from the README.
  • Verified builds work now. The first GitHub Actions run failed on the runner's older SDK; fixed, and this release should carry a -ci IPA built from source on GitHub's runners alongside this one, with a SHA-256 checksum to compare. Suggested by @OrigamiSpace in #7.
  • Building for your own device from Xcode no longer fights the project's signing settings. Contributed by @OrigamiSpace in #9, contribution number five.

Everything from 0.2.19 (the sign in button on logged out pages, HDR and Dolby Vision output) is included.

Install

Sideload StremioX-tvOS-0.2.20.ipa onto Apple TV. Full instructions are in the README.
