Fixed phantom grenade throws and inventory desync when throwing grenades from rig, pockets, armband, or backpack.

Changes:

  • Fixed a bug where grenades were not being removed from inventory after throwing, causing phantom throws
  • Fixed the wrong grenade being selected (HUD showing one grenade but a different one being thrown)
  • Added support for grenades stored in armband slot (for belt equipment mods)
  • Added support for grenades stored in backpack
  • Automatically detects Use Items Anywhere and hooks into their system when installed — no conflicts
  • Added debug logging toggle in F12 menu to help diagnose issues
