Added a comment to clarify the path if someone followed the windows setup instruction. (rtp should be ~/vimfiles/bundle/vundle instead of the original one)

Hi @jtcwang, I've recently updated the Readme and the Windows specific Vundle instructions. I think you'll find this information is now explained clearly. I'm going to close this PR since it is no longer needed. You can see the changes reflected in the Wiki and at the README where I link to the page. If you disagree, ping me and we can discuss. |
