[BUG] ProtonPlus downloads GE-Proton 11.1 aarch64 version on x86_64 systems

Describe the bug
ProtonPlus downloads GE-Proton 11.1 aarch64 version on x86_64 systems

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Proton-GE latest or 11-1 version manually or have it update automatically if you already have Latest installed
2. See that it downloaded the aarch64 build
3. Games don't work on x86_64 systems

Expected behavior
It should download the x86_64 or aarch64 version depending on system arch

for me, Latest updated to 11-1 x86_64, but manually downloading it with the 11-1 option grabbed the aarch64 version

I have the same issue.
The latest version installed aarch64 for me. This made me can't launch any game through it now. Now I manually installed x86_64 version to replace it as a workaround. But this need to be fixed.

Also confirming the same issue on the latest stable SteamOS, updating GE-Proton-Latest or selecting GE-Proton 11.1 downloaded the aarch64 versions.

EDIT: did not try the repo version, only the flatpak.

I confirm that the Flathub version downloads the aarch64 version on x86_64 system

Do you guys prefer I push a quick hotfix or try to push v0.6.0 earlier?

A quick hotfix maybe better to avoid other users running into the issue later during the day as they login and update.

Issue fixed and update pushed to Flathub!

Also make sure to get check what's coming in v0.6.0 😉
