Working Meetings

Type of meetings

  • Meetings: Joint, synchronous sessions (e.g. Zoom).
  • Checkpoints: Asynchronous instance (e.g. via Slack and/or Overleaf) for members to send their progress updates, ask questions, share and resolve obstacles. Optionally, the CWG may decide to meet via Zoom instead.

Groups

  • WG-Coord = Co-chairs and ITO.
  • CWG = Core writing group, made up of co-chairs, ITO, and other coordination volunteers from the WG.
  • WG = All writers (w). For w ∉ WG: w has time to contribute to the writing, but not form part of the CWG. w may ofc attend CWG if they so choose, but they don't make an active or regular contribution to it.
