Workspace Split Panes

View two independent SSH/database sessions side-by-side. Each pane has its own full ConnectionView with terminal, SFTP, and SQL sub-tabs.

New Features

  • Split panes — right-click any tab → "Split Right" or "Split Down" to open a second pane
  • Move tabs between panes — right-click → "Move to Other Pane"
  • Resizable divider — drag to resize panes (min 300px per pane)
  • Keyboard shortcuts — Alt+\ switch pane, Ctrl+\ split right, Cmd+Shift+\ split down, Alt+Shift+W close pane
  • Split view indicator in the status bar
  • Tab context menu with Split Right/Down, Move to Other Pane, Close Tab, Close Other Tabs

Bug Fixes

  • Fix terminal remount/reconnect when closing panes — rewrote layout with absolute CSS positioning so terminals never change React tree position
  • Fix sub-tab bar overflow in narrow panes (now horizontally scrollable)
  • Fix terminal shell tabs overflow in narrow panes
  • Fix activity log toolbar overflow in narrow panes
  • Fix keyboard shortcut conflict between close pane and SQL close tab
