When pnpm rejects add, update, or remove solely because an existing profile dependency is still inside the release-age safety window, Portable retries that command once.
The default supply-chain wait remains enabled. Other installation errors are not retried, and no global or profile setting is changed.
General settings now group updates, desktop behavior, maintenance, and data migration. Update and maintenance results stay beside the action that produced them.
This release updates the Portable runtime layer. Upgrades from older versions use the complete package while preserving user data in data.

设置页提供内容相同的迁移包和加密私密包；两者都包含 API 凭据，加密包的密码不会写入命令行或日志。

Windows complete-package decisions now use a separate native dialog and never resize the active DeepSeek Harness workspace.
Settings can export a migration package or an encrypted private package with identical contents, including API credentials. Encryption passwords never enter command-line arguments or logs.
Migration keeps existing target files by default. Explicit replacement creates a rollback copy under data/backups first.
