BlockPlan v0.2.10 修复手机端详情操作区看起来“按钮数量不稳定”的问题：
- 实际任务操作仍然是 8 个。
- 手机端默认只展示 4 个常用操作：标为完成、拆成两块、提前 15 分、延后 15 分。
- 低频操作收进“更多调整”：缩短 15 分、延长 15 分、推迟一天、删除。
- 展开/收起后详情卡会自然增高，不再压住“当前日清单”。
- 桌面端保持原体验，仍直接显示全部 8 个操作。

BlockPlan v0.2.10 fixes the confusing mobile task-detail action area where the number of visible buttons seemed inconsistent:
- The task still has 8 real actions.
- Mobile now shows 4 common actions by default: mark done, split, 15m earlier, and 15m later.
- Less frequent actions live under More Adjustments: 15m shorter, 15m longer, postpone 1 day, and delete.
- Expanding or collapsing actions now grows the detail card naturally without overlapping the current-day list.
- Desktop keeps the original behavior and still shows all 8 actions directly.
