BlockPlan v0.2.11 增加桌面端手动调整区域大小：
- 桌面端模板库和详情/统计区之间新增拖拽条，可以手动调整左右区域宽度。
- 调整结果会保存在本机，下次打开自动恢复。
- 拖拽条支持鼠标拖动，也支持键盘左右方向键微调。
- 中窄屏保留左侧模板库调整，右侧详情区仍以浮动面板显示。
- 手机端保持 v0.2.9 起的底部导航布局，不显示桌面拖拽条，也不会污染桌面保存宽度。

BlockPlan v0.2.11 adds manual desktop panel resizing:
- The desktop template library and detail/stats area now have draggable splitters for resizing left and right regions.
- Layout changes are saved locally and restored on the next launch.
- Splitters support mouse dragging and keyboard ArrowLeft/ArrowRight adjustment.
- Mid-width screens keep left library resizing while the detail panel remains floating.
- Mobile keeps the bottom-navigation layout introduced in v0.2.9, hides desktop splitters, and does not overwrite saved desktop widths.
