BlockPlan v0.2.4 主要完善 GitHub 展示和首次使用体验：

• README 改为中文主页，英文内容拆到 README.en.md，入口更清晰。
• 新增 LICENSE，项目采用 MIT License。
• 新增图解指南：docs/USAGE_GUIDE.md 和 docs/USAGE_GUIDE.en.md，带中英文截图和操作锚点。
• 软件内新增首次使用引导，第一次打开会显示三步说明，之后可点击顶部 ? 重新打开。
• 同步更新版本号、下载包名和英文文档。

BlockPlan v0.2.4 improves GitHub presentation and first-run onboarding:

• Keeps README.md as the Chinese homepage and moves English content to README.en.md.
• Adds LICENSE with the MIT License.
• Adds illustrated guides: docs/USAGE_GUIDE.md and docs/USAGE_GUIDE.en.md, with bilingual screenshots and deep links for common actions.
• Adds an in-app first-run guide. It appears on first launch and can be reopened from the top ? button.
• Updates version number, package names, and English documentation.
