- README 和图解指南同步更新，补充“应用内使用演示”截图。

BlockPlan v0.2.5 moves the usage walkthrough fully in-app, avoiding external-link interruptions:
- The first-run dialog's guide button now expands a full walkthrough in the same dialog instead of opening a GitHub page.
- The top
?help button opens the same in-app guide, covering blocks, dragging, details, adjustments, preferences, backups, and AI Draft. - The in-app guide works in both Chinese and English.
- README and illustrated guides have been updated with the new in-app walkthrough screenshots.
