v0.2.0

@github-actions github-actions released this 21 Oct 13:11

Installable skill package for v0.2.0.

The archive contains LICENSE and the coding-rules/ directory (SKILL.md is inside that directory). Copy coding-rules to ~/.agents/skills/ or ~/.codex/skills/. Restart Codex if $coding-rules does not appear.

What's in 0.2.0

  • scripts/scaffold_governance.py copies missing governance templates into a project. It does not overwrite existing files, fill placeholders, or merge rules into an existing AGENTS.md.
  • scripts/report_status.py prints a status report from task cards. A card counts as accepted only when its task status is COMPLETED_ACCEPTED and its 证据状态 is PASS. NOT_RUN is not counted as accepted.
  • docs/governance/CHECKLISTS.md adds checklists for light receipt, the one module acceptance, and release. An empty project now receives twelve governance paths.

Full notes: CHANGELOG.md.

coding-rules v0.1.0

First release of the coding-rules Codex skill.

This repository is governance instructions and blank templates for Codex. It does not include an application, credentials, or a recorded product project. The skill text and templates are in Chinese. The repository README is bilingual.

Install

Download coding-rules-0.1.0.zip. It contains LICENSE and a coding-rules/ directory. SKILL.md is inside that directory.

Copy coding-rules to ~/.agents/skills/coding-rules. That is the user-skill location documented for Codex. You can instead copy it to ~/.codex/skills/coding-rules ($CODEX_HOME/skills), which is where $skill-installer writes. Restart Codex if $coding-rules does not appear.

In the project you want to govern, send $coding-rules.

What you get

  • Approval-gated governance. R0 plans and distributes. R1–R3 execute one approved task card and wait.
  • Templates for an empty project, and a non-destructive merge when the project already has files.
  • LIGHT and FULL intake, one question at a time, and a weighted 95% coverage gate before a plan in WAITING_REVIEW.
  • Handoffs, context recovery, a read-only dispatch preflight, light receipt between subtasks, and one systematic acceptance per module.
  • scripts/validate_skill.py and tests. GitHub Actions runs them on push and on pull requests.

Invoking $coding-rules does not edit product code, run tests, use the network, or run Git. Those actions need a later task card that you approve.

The change list is in CHANGELOG.md.
