You will need to install JRE for your OS in order to run it: Official Java downloads

Fixed:

Uppercase extensions now can be saved and loaded
JPG cannot be saved anymore
Commands automatically save JPG as PNG
GUI automatically offers JPG to save as PNG

Known bugs:

Main menu is sometimes rendered behind image view
Not everything in GUI refreshes when changing settings
