Entangled VPN 1.2.1

Ping/relay fix for peers behind NAT. Client and server should both be on 1.2.1.

Fixed

  • P2P send no longer treats bare WriteToUDP success as a working path before a pong proves it — unproven / relay-proven peers keep using relay (hole-punch still attempted)
  • Join-time peer_updated for existing peers includes crypto when known

Windows client (friends)

  1. Download Entangled.exe
  2. Right-click → Run as administrator
  3. Done — Wintun is embedded; first launch creates wintun.dll next to the exe (keep it)

Existing 1.2.0 installs can use Settings → Check for updates, or download here.

Server (host)

  • entangled-server-linux-amd64
  • entangled-server-windows-amd64.exe

./entangled-server-linux-amd64 -addr :8080 -relay :3478
