This patch release fixes a regression introduced in v1.4.1 that caused instructors to lose their previously selected section upon login. The update ensures that course and section state is restored correctly from the backend while preserving the intended behavior when switching between courses.

🔨 Fixes

• Restore instructor section correctly on login (#28)

  • Addresses a v1.4.1 regression where defaultSectionId was being reset to NaN during login.
  • Ensures defaultSectionId from the backend is preserved and applied correctly.

• Split course setter behavior in settings.ts

  • Introduced two clear methods:
    • setDefaultCourseId — used during login/backend restore (does not reset section).
    • setDefaultCourseIdAndResetSection — used when the instructor changes their course in the UI (resets section intentionally).
  • Prevents unintended state wipes across the app.

• Updated Login.vue and Courses.vue

  • Login now restores course and section consistently.
  • UI-driven course changes now properly clear the section.
