Bootstrap Status resets after restart #21

Somehow the bootstrap status resets (in my setup) after restarting ControllerJS

For example I have a Quest instance that shows (85.95%). When assigning an device it does the bootstrapping and "completes" it, but after ControllerJS restart it shows again the bootstrapping.
