feat: WYSIWYG (kinda) playground

• code based WYSIWYG editor for your custom components
• Available at /playground
• The content LIVE UPDATES as you make changes in the code editor, making your life and mine much easier
• Works with the loginPage, donorPage, and messageOfTheDay
• New admin perm, based on allowedUsers in your strategy, Discord and Telegram
• Page is only accessible with this new admin perm
• This loads from your config, can save files (not recommended with docker for obvious reasons), and reloads it into memory for instant updates to your map
• You have the following options:
  • Select which page you want to work on
  • Hide the editor for full screen viewing
  • Download the JSON of what you've been working on
  • Change the locale
  • Change the theme, to preview dynamic set properties
