fix: Poracle location & others

Main Changes

• Fixes poracle location updating when it's not supposed to
• Memoizes the webhook search component
• Always render the human tab (but set hidden when not in use) but only render the other categories when selected
• Remove close button on profile page, I think this was just confusing more than anything else
• Styling
• Generate poracle description when searching if it's missing
• Change the icon to try and indicate "Done" rather than "Save" when setting location or areas for webhooks
