v0.12.1 — FEM fixes: curved multi-part bonding, per-part materials, loads on curved faces

Bug-fix release for the FEM tools (M13/M16), found on FreeCAD 1.1.3 / Windows.

• setup_analysis(names=[...]) no longer crashes on parts whose Shape is a Part.Compound (PartDesign::Body, MultiFuse, cut results): centre of mass is read per solid and each part maps to all of its solids.
• Per-part materials now cover every element. FreeCAD's node classification (getNodesBySolid) misses nodes on curved surfaces when 2nd-order mid-side nodes sit on straight edges, leaving elements without a material (CalculiX "no material was assigned to element"). The material element sets are now copied from Gmsh's exact SolidN volume groups, and run_analysis verifies the generated .inp (inp_check: uncovered/duplicated elements, *CLOAD/*DLOAD line counts) and fails with a clear message instead of reporting zero stress.
• Forces/pressures on curved faces (cylinders) used to produce an empty *CLOAD/*DLOAD and a stress of 0 with a huge safety factor. When any fixed/load face is curved, mid-side nodes are now placed on the surface (mesh.second_order_linear=false, with a warning); planar cases are unchanged.
• Multi-part assemblies are imprinted with generalFuse before meshing so touching faces that only partially overlap (small cylinder on a disc) share nodes; mesh.interface_shared_nodes reports it. Overlapping parts are reported as an error.
• suggest_reinforcement picks its hotspot per node using that part's yield strength and skips stress spikes within two element sizes of a fixed face (more than 2x the maximum elsewhere); smooth root stresses such as a cantilever root are kept. Reasons are listed in hotspot_selection.

Verified with new headless tests (T17: two cylinders incl. a Compound part, lateral load on a cylinder, footed beam); 304 tests pass, existing cantilever/bonded-beam/modal benchmarks unchanged.

실습 11 «기압포트 도면에서 모델링하고 200 kg 강도 해석» 파일. 도면 PDF 는 도면 형태만 알아볼 수 있게 흐림 처리한 공개본입니다(치수는 읽을 수 없음). Files for exercise 11 (pressure port from a drawing, 200 kg strength check). The drawing PDF is a blurred public copy — the shape is recognisable but dimensions are not readable.

v0.12.0 — multi-part FEM, modal analysis, assembly mass (M16)

setup_analysis accepts names=[...] (parts bonded through shared mesh nodes, per-part materials) and analysis_type="frequency" (natural frequencies per mode; cantilever benchmark within 0.5 % of theory). get_mass_properties takes names + densities for assembly totals and mass-weighted centre of mass. Fixes: the bridge in v0.9.0–v0.11.0 was missing the four FEM tools and check_printability(paint) — restored here. Buckling is deliberately unsupported (CalculiX hang). 36 tools, 287 headless tests.

v0.11.0 — print auto-fixes (M15)

apply_print_fixes gains three fixes proposed by check_printability: thicken (pad thin planar faces outward to the minimum wall), overhang_chamfer (fill under planar cantilevers/tilted overhangs with a wedge at the material's overhang limit, via helper Body + PartDesign Boolean fuse), split (cut oversize parts into bed-sized Part::Feature pieces). 277 headless tests.

v0.10.0 — assembly link tracing (M14)

New tool trace_links: follows App::Link, link arrays, SubShapeBinders and other cross-document references into other FCStd files — document chain with file paths and invalid counts, link list (direct/final target, hops, element counts), problems (broken links = missing file, invalid objects inside linked documents). 36 tools, 268 headless tests.

v0.9.0 — structural FEM (M13)

4 new tools on top of FreeCAD's bundled CalculiX + Gmsh: setup_analysis (material table or E/nu/density/yield, fixed faces, force/pressure/self-weight, 2nd-order Gmsh mesh), run_analysis (max von Mises + location, max displacement, safety factor, verdict, stress colormap in the 3D view), inspect_results (top nodes, per-face maxima, field switch), suggest_reinforcement (thicken/fillet/rib/material/load candidates, never auto-applied). Plus check_printability(paint=True) face coloring and get_mass_properties(stability=True) footprint/tip-over. 35 tools, 256 headless tests. Cantilever benchmark within 2 % of theory.

v0.8.0 — 3D printing checks (M12)

4 new tools: check_printability (thin walls, overhangs/bridges, small & horizontal holes, bed adhesion, score + fix candidates), estimate_print (material, mass, filament length, time, cost), suggest_orientation (6 orientations + current, optional apply), apply_print_fixes (elephant-foot chamfer, hole compensation, teardrop holes). Material table PLA/PETG/ABS/ASA/TPU/NYLON with nozzle/layer profile. 31 tools, 232 headless tests.

Mesh section fitting: small fillet arcs now fit as arcs (corner eps <= fit tol, max-residual arc test, ring starts at sharpest corner). make_drawing: automatic dimension overlap avoidance.
