Highlights

Waveframe Ledger now publishes a complete, immutable Published Authority rather than only a compiled contract.

Publication is now a single deterministic transaction that emits:

• Published authority contract
• Publication manifest
• Authority bundle (authority_bundle.v1)
• Publication receipt (publication_receipt.v1)

• Deployed review
• Registry update

Published authorities now have stable identity, deterministic hashes, lifecycle state, and explicit versioned authority references.

Registry Improvements

Registry entries now include:

• authority reference

Duplicate publication identity with different immutable content is now rejected.

Resolution

Authorities are now resolved using explicit references such as:

finance-policy@0.1.0

Mutable aliases such as:

finance-policy@latest

are intentionally rejected.
