SYSTEMX Executive Summary

SYSTEMX turns a starter repository into an ordered delivery framework. Its components are deliberately visible: intake Markdown files capture decisions, the menu exposes common actions, scripts run repeatable checks, packets move structured context between people and tools, and runbooks describe operating work after launch.

The operating sequence is: define the project; establish workstation and source control; provision cloud resources; configure environment and secrets; build; test; preflight; deploy with authorization; verify; then monitor and improve. Each stage should leave evidence that the next operator can inspect.

SYSTEMX is not “set and forget.” It does not replace threat modeling, code review, Security Rules review, IAM administration, legal review, observability, or incident response. It also does not grant a tool permission to deploy simply because a script exists. The operator must provide authentication, choose the target project, and approve the release.

The template may change frequently. Forkers should pin the version they adopt, review every upstream change, and maintain their own compatibility, security, and release process. AI and subagent tooling can increase speed but also token use, tool use, attack surface, and coordination risk.
