Overview:

This stage maps out how the toggle feature will fit into the homepage journey and where each CTA will lead. It ensures both Talent and Client user flows are clear before design work begins.

Objectives:

  • Define the navigation path triggered by toggle selections.
  • Document edge cases (default states, refresh behaviours, mobile views).
  • Provide clarity for designers and developers before wireframes.

Deliverables:

  • Research and Analysis of Current Site Map.
  • Draft New Services Page Site Map that includes the proposed direction (e.g., in FigJam, Lucidchart, Notion, or draw.io).
  • User flow diagram and Flow Chart based on the updated sitemap and proposed direction.
  • Include outputs to the Product Requirements Document (PRD).
  • Review and Finalize Sitemap,User Flow, and Flow Chart with the Team.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Diagrams must use a clear, simple layout without unnecessary complexity.
  • Must be presentable and easily shareable within the team.
  • Must be presented to and reviewed by the team for feedback and feasibility validation.
  • Must receive final approval before moving to the next phase.

Begin wireframing based on approved flows.
