What are the prerequisites for a Wasm runtime to appear on the feature status page?

Just curious what I have to do in order to get Wasmi listed if that is a possibility. :)

Wasmi supports all of Wasm 2.0. For Wasm 3.0 gc, function-references and exceptions are missing, yet.

Another notable missing candidate is WAMR:

I think the requirements are essentially:

• Being a Wasm runtime.
• Keeping up-to-date the information in features.json when your runtime makes progress.

No ordering, just append to the end. Just make sure its formatted nicely, but that's all.
