Publish Parlyn Engine v0.5.0 Beta 1 for SignPath

Purpose

Publish the validated Windows NSIS package as Parlyn Engine v0.5.0 Beta 1, explicitly marked unsigned, so Parlyn has a stable public download page for its SignPath Foundation application.

The beta label reflects a working and tested editor foundation with an intentionally limited feature set. It does not imply that the unsigned installer is already suitable for ordinary Windows distribution.

Safety boundary

• the title and release notes state that the build is unsigned;
• the notes warn that Windows Smart App Control may block it;
• no certificate or signing credential is used;
• SHA-256 checksums are published with the installer;
• the workflow refuses to overwrite an existing beta release;
• the release includes the SignPath attribution required for the application.

This does not close Issue #12. The beta becomes a trusted test build only after SignPath approval, signing, signature verification and the documented maintainer acceptance test.
