Parlyn Engine v0.5.0 Beta 10

This unsigned Windows beta introduces Parlyn's workspace-layout
foundation. Hierarchy/Scenes, Inspector and Assets can be hidden,
restored and resized within safe limits. The versioned local layout is
restored on the next start and can be reset to Parlyn's default layout.
Beta 10 corrects workspace reflow when the leading Hierarchy/Scenes
panel is hidden. It provides a portable ZIP that creates no Windows
installation or uninstall entry. It is the preferred unsigned test path.

Important: This beta is unsigned and may be blocked by Windows
Smart App Control. It is published to document and validate the packaged
application while Parlyn applies for trusted Open Source code signing.
It must not be described as a trusted or signed release.

The repository contains the reproducible build workflow, public code
signing policy and SHA-256 verification procedure. Parlyn has applied
to the SignPath Foundation program; approval and certificate access
remain pending. This release is not SignPath-signed.
