Detection

• Scoring responses and verdict logs now include the monitoring-only identity-coherence-v1 observation under experimental.observations, across Node, Go, and Python (#98, #99). It checks the OS the User-Agent claims against the WebGL graphics backend and the font set, and reports unknown whenever a measurement is inconclusive.
• Like the other observations, it never affects scores, token issuance, or challenge costs, and the existing FCAPTCHA_EXPERIMENTAL_BLOCKING selector does not enable it.

Token format, admission limits, and baseline scoring are unchanged from 1.41.0.
