RichOS-1.0.1-macos-aarch64.zip — that one file is the app. Everything else here is machinery the app uses by itself.

Apple Silicon Macs (M1–M4). Unzip and open it; it is signed and notarized, so it opens on a normal double-click.

Fixed since 1.0.0

• The first message now works. On a fresh install the app held a working session and refused to use it, so the first message always failed until a restart. The check that refused it was cached at startup, before setup had finished; it now asks at the moment you send.
• Voice no longer pretends to listen. This build ships no speech model, so the talk button is not offered and the greeting does not invite it. Where a model is present, the app now says when it is hearing sound but finding no words.
• The window opens at the size the interface was designed for, centered, with a sensible minimum.
• The home screen no longer waits eight seconds on a graphics failure it detected in the first frame.
• The memory notice tells you the truth — that this version cannot read or write the memory folder yet, that nothing else is affected, and that there is nothing for you to install or fix.

Before you open it

You need an Anthropic account. RichOS installs Claude Code and its own engine itself on first run.

Voice does not work in this build. Typing does.
