Bug fixes

• Fix bug that parsed absolute paths as division operations (because absolute paths start with a slash). This means that spaces are now required around all basic math operators.
• Fix origami:once so that it only evaluates a function only once as advertised.
• Fix bug in tree:merge that evaluated object properties during a merge; merges should be lazy.
• Allow the ? : conditional operator to be used inside a -> pipeline step.
