Object spread fix

Fixes a bug that prevented an expression for an object spread from referencing other properties in the top-level object.

{
  a: 1
  ...{ b: a }
}

The b: a reference used to fail, but with the fix in this release it will now work.

Non-enumerable properties

You can make any property non-enumerable by placing its declaration in parentheses. This leverages the existing JavaScript support for non-enumerable properties. JS doesn't itself have syntax for declaring such properties; the syntax is specific to Origami.
