• This release completes the deprecation of @-prefixed builtins begun in release 0.1.0. The old form of builtins like @map have been removed; you must use the unprefixed form map or the namespaced form tree:map.
• Completing another deprecation, periods are now required specifying the extension option for a map.
• Fixes a bug in which it wasn't possible to reference an absolute path with the files: protocol. This is now possible using three slashes after the colon.
